Admin Assistant (5 Day / West)
Responsibilities
Assist in accounting entry
Handle administrative task
Updating and key in of data
Manage filing and sorting out documents
Assist in report compilation
Order, update and maintain inventory records
Order stationery & office supplies
Assist with handling call enquires
Open letter box
Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
Required language(s): English.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).
Willing to learn.
Able to multi-task, meticulous and work independently.
Basis knowledge of book-keeping is added advantage
Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
Can start work in short notice
Position open to Singaporean or Permanent Residence preferred.
