Job description for ADMIN ASSISTANT at Trans-Cab
Descriptions
- Paper works for tenancy agreement & renewal application.
- Catalog and keep records of all necessary information, documents, etc.
- Maintain all tenants' database, rent rolls, tenancy schedules, lease documentation status, inventory of keys for vacant properties.
- Assist in stamping of tenancy agreements and other contracts.
- Liaise with tenants on issuance and return of documents.
- Coordinate with Operations Executive to track renewal of all authorities' licenses including lift Permit To Operate, Fire Cert, EMA licenses etc, for all properties.
- Attend phone enquiries.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- Able to work independently
- Basic Microsoft Office Skills
- Good organization and administrative skills
