First Point of Contact: Greeting clients, handling phone calls, and managing company emails.
Office Coordination: Sorting mail, coordinating courier services, and maintaining general office supplies.
Meeting & Travel: Scheduling meetings, booking boardrooms, and arranging travel itineraries for executives.
Data Entry: Updating internal databases and digitizing physical records.
Record Keeping: Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems (e.g., invoices, contracts, HR files)
Bookkeeping: Preparing invoices, issuing delivery orders, and tracking simple financial summaries.
Expense Processing: Handling petty cash, staff claims, and processing vendor payments.
Procurement: Sourcing office supplies, managing vendor relationships, and negotiating quotes.
Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires.
Leave Management: Tracking staff leave records and updating attendance systems.
Work Pass Admin: Many administrators assist HR with tracking foreign worker passes, scheduling medical check-ups, and managing documentation for the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
