Glow Eden brings trending beauty and personal care products to multiple markets through e-commerce platforms and our own online store. As the business grows, we are expanding our team to support operational and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and maintain business expenses, prepare spreadsheets for accounting, and assist with basic accounting records and expense tracking.
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock updates, including monitoring shipments and flagging discrepancies.
- Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms when required.
- Perform data entry, verification, and research tasks with a high level of accuracy.
- Learn and assist with simple operational tasks such as checking and packing items when needed.
- Occasionally travel to Johor Bahru or run simple errands for logistics coordination or operational support when required.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently once trained.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data or records.
- Organized and comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic online tools.
- Adaptable and flexible with tasks, schedules, and locations when needed.
- Punctual and able to commit to an agreed schedule.
- Good command of English with clear communication skills.
- Completed at least ITE (Nitec / Higher Nitec) or equivalent.
- Must have own laptop and a valid passport.
Work Details
- Locations: Based primarily in either Sengkang (near Compassvale LRT) or Woodlands (near Woodlands MRT), depending on candidate suitability, with periodic travel to the other location.
- Work is primarily on-site; occasional remote work may be possible after training.
- Commitment: Minimum three days a week for at least three months. Candidates who can commit longer are encouraged to apply, as there is scope for more responsibilities and potential long-term opportunities.
- Shifts: Half-day (4 hours) or full-day (9am–6pm). Exact schedule is flexible and will be discussed.
- Pay: $10 per hour (excluding one-hour meal break for full-day shifts)
- We operate daily, except on public holidays.
