Job Description:
Handle customer and supplier invoicing accurately and on time
Monitor accounts receivable (AR) collections and provide weekly updates to management
Manage and process supplier payments
Record and track daily incoming and outgoing cash transactions
Conduct monthly stock takes and prepare stock reports
Maintain proper documentation and organized filing systems
Prepare and issue quotations, order confirmations, invoices, and delivery orders
Provide ad-hoc administrative support (e.g., label printing, Halal certificate preparation)
Liaise with production and sales teams on customer requests and operational matters
Requirements:
You should be self-initiative, confident, flexible and able to work independently.
6 days work week, 8am - 5pm
Good listening and communications skills and experience in customer service
Language: English - spoken and written, Chinese / Cantonese - spoken. We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese/Cantonese to effectively communicate with Chinese/Cantonese-speaking clients.
