ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE
Job Role :
Accounts Receivable Position :
· Manage the Customer Billing Process and pursue overdue accounts
· Perform online Reports for New Accounts and Credit Control
· Debtor Reports and Analysis
· Perform both Manual and Online preparation of Invoice sending to customers
· Asssist with Month-end Closing Activities
Accounts Payable Position :
· Manage the Vendor accounts and maintain records of due payments
· Keep Vendor accounts updated to ensure timely settlement
· Perform online tasks for Vendor Accounts creation and related tasks
· Compile all supporting documents with the related contracts where applicable
· Asssist with Month-end Closing Activities
Requirements :-
Diploma / LCCI Accounting
Preferably 1 Year Related Working Experience
Knowledge of ERP software . Training will be provided
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
