Job description for Account Executive at MAISON ANLI (PTE. LTD.)

We are looking for an experience Account Executive to join us in our Finance Team.

Key Responsibilities :


Daily Sales & Cash Management

  • Daily Reconciliation: Match daily sales reports from the POS system against bank statements and credit card settlements.
  • Discrepancy Tracking: Investigate and resolve any shortages or variances in cash/vouchers from different outlets.
  • Cash Flow: Monitor outlet petty cash and ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operations.

2. Vendor & Expense Management (AP)

  • Supplier Invoices: Verify and process invoices from food, beverage, and packaging suppliers.
  • Payment Cycles: Ensure timely payment to vendors while maintaining healthy credit terms.
  • Expense Claims: Review and process staff transport or medical claims in line with company policy.

3. Inventory & Cost Control

  • COGS Tracking: Monitor the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and highlight any sudden price increases from suppliers.
  • Stock-Take: Assist in monthly or quarterly physical stock-counts and reconcile system records with actual inventory.

4. Monthly Reporting & Compliance

  • Month-End Closing: Prepare basic profit and loss (P&L) statements for individual outlets.
  • Tax Filing: Assist in compiling data for quarterly GST submissions to IRAS.
  • Statutory Payments: Ensure all employer and employee CPF contributions are calculated accurately and paid on time.

5. Administration

  • Record Keeping: Maintain a tidy filing system for all invoices, delivery orders, and receipts for audit purposes.
  • Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for F&B and Retail managers regarding any finance or billing issues.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting and finance related.
  • Knowledge experience in accounting software particular in XERO.
  • At least minimum 1 years working experience particularly in F&B and retail industry. But not necessary.
  • Strong attentional to detail and organization skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines and work independently.
