Your Impact
Lead the strategic engagement for our premier global clients to ensure long-term partnership success and consistent revenue growth. Orchestrate complex, cross-functional account plans that align our technology portfolio with specific client business outcomes to accelerate their digital maturity. Cultivate deep relationships with senior executive stakeholders to solidify our position as a trusted advisor and the primary partner for their most critical initiatives. Lead high-stakes negotiations and global sales cycles to deliver sustainable, scalable business results across the EMEA region and beyond. Collaborate with diverse, international teams to execute a unified global strategy that enhances our collective impact and drives exceptional client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent) with a strong blend of technical and business acumen to understand customer drivers and align them with Cisco solutions
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated success in sales environments.
Ability to position "end-to-end" solutions and articulate Cisco strategies to senior executive
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate with peers, partners, and customers using a "Win/Win" philosophy.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build high-trust relationships with C-suite through outstanding interpersonal communication and active listening.
Preferred Qualifications
Consistent track record of leveraging high Emotional Intelligence to manage multi-stakeholder negotiations, resolve conflicts, and influence decision-making processes across diverse global cultures.
Exceptional capacity for strategic empathy, allowing for the deep understanding of a client’s unique business challenges and the ability to translate those insights into tailored, value-driven solutions.
Strong collaborative mentality with a history of orchestrating cross-functional global teams to deliver seamless client experiences and long-term account growth.
Advanced adaptability and cultural fluency, with a demonstrated aptitude for thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining composure and presence.
