Job description for Account Assistant at ARDEX-QUICSEAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
Job Scope:
Review and verify all reimbursement and payment transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Verify and match sales invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders, ensuring proper documentation and filing in the system.
Prepare and issue sales invoices to customers in accordance with established procedures.
Record and process payments and receipts accurately within the accounting system.
Process daily supplier invoices and payment.
Maintain up-to-date bank records in excel, perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare, update, and maintain credit limit documentation, including new applications and amendment requests.
Update and maintain accounting systems, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
Support audit processes by providing required documents and information.
Maintain proper filing and organization of financial records.
Any other duties as delegated by your superior.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Experience in ERP would be an advantage
Must be meticulous, able to work in team and work within stipulated deadline
Computer and software skills (MS Office applications)
Time management skill with ability to multi-tasking
Working hours: Mon - Fri (0800 to 1730)
