Account Assistant / Admin Assistant
Salary:
Basic Salary: SGD $2,200 – $3,000 (Negotiable)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 12.30pm
Total: 44 hours per week
Working Location:
Pioneer Road North Industrial Estate
Job Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and clerical duties
Handle simple data entry and document filing
Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mails
Assist with day-to-day office administrative support
Maintain proper filing and documentation records
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email, etc.)
Responsible and willing to learn
Able to work independently and as a team
Non-smoker
