We need a junior to intermediate Youtube Ads Media Buyer to join our GROWING TEAM!
Role:
-The Media Buyer is responsible for generating leads and sales through effective media buying on YouTube Ads. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the in’s and out’s of the Google Ads platform, targeting research as well as overall big picture strategy for our clients. Previous experience in a media buying role is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
-Strategize, Execute, and Manage a variety of client YouTube ad campaigns to achieve great ROAS.
-Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
-Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the client’s business objectives.
-Leveraging our real-time data dashboards and a plethora of reporting tools, you will be tasked with communicating campaign performance to clients and creating a clear road-map for the future.
-Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and options polls.
-Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions.
-Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.
Results:
-Ensure profitable ad campaigns
-Ensure up-to-date knowledge on media buying strategies
-Meeting or exceeding campaign goals.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a YouTube media buyer with at least $500,000 USD spent on YouTube Ads
- Advance knowledge of Google Analytics & Google UTM
- Flexible as clients do not always operate on 9-to-5 schedules
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in media buying
- Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and ongoing work items; while effectively managing changing priorities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and market trend information.
- Ability to think creatively will enable you to develop new strategies for media buying
- Demonstrate initiative to understand the industry and new trends and develop long-lasting partners
