Wellness Coordinator (English & Thai Speaking)
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and professional Wellness Coordinator who is fluent in both English and Thai to support wellness, healthcare, and longevity initiatives. The role involves client engagement, platform presentations, business development support, research and development activities, and coordination with corporate partners and healthcare stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Present and demonstrate health, wellness, and digital healthcare platforms to prospective clients and partners.
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, product walkthroughs, and introductory meetings.
- Explain platform features, wellness programs, and service offerings clearly and professionally.
- Assist clients throughout their onboarding and engagement journey.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams.
- Support B2B partnership development and maintain relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and partnership activities.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and research & development initiatives related to wellness and healthcare services.
- Gather client feedback and provide recommendations for service and platform improvements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation as required.
- Support the planning and execution of wellness-related projects, campaigns, and events.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, Public Health, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience in client relations, business development, healthcare, wellness, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Comfortable presenting to corporate clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online meeting platforms.
Preferred Experience
Experience in healthcare, wellness, longevity, digital health, or related industries.
Exposure to B2B sales, partnerships, or account management.
Interest in health innovation, wellness programs, and emerging healthcare technologies
