- Work closely with Niagaweb Product Manager and leading both Niagaweb's production and sales stream;
- Achieving growth and hitting revenue targets by successfully aligning the sales and production team;
- Deploying various initiatives to drive sales growth and optimize the production process;
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence;
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses report to the management;
- Assessing and assigning project and its resource requirements;
- Organizing workflow to meet service standards and deadlines;
- Responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output; - Oversee whole operation pipelines and resolve issues in a swift manner.
