Webflow Developer and Designer

Motion The Agency is looking for a Freelance Webflow Developer to support our website development and optimisation projects.

We’re looking for someone confident in building responsive Webflow pages, improving website performance, and making sure the site is clean, functional, and easy to manage.

Responsibilities:

• Build and update pages in Webflow based on provided designs or briefs.
• Improve website speed, performance, and responsiveness.
• Fix layout, spacing, CMS, and interaction issues.
• Support basic technical SEO improvements, including page structure, metadata, redirects, and clean page setup.
• Make sure all pages work well across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Work closely with our internal team and provide regular progress updates.
• Suggest better ways to improve the website structure, performance, and user experience.

Requirements:

• Strong experience using Webflow
• Good understanding of responsive design.
• Able to build pages accurately from Figma or design references.
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices.
• Comfortable fixing website performance and page speed issues.
• Good eye for layout, spacing, and design consistency.
• Able to communicate clearly and meet deadlines.
• Experience working with creative agencies, SaaS, tech, or B2B websites is a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with custom code: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Webflow CMS.
• Understanding of Google Search Console, Semrush, or similar SEO tools.
• Ability to audit websites and suggest improvements.

Payment Structure:

This is a freelance role with payment based on the project scope or hourly agreement. Also, depending on complexity, experience, and turnaround time.
