We are seeking a highly skilled individual who sits at the intersection of blockchain engineering and financial systems — someone who can build and deploy on-chain financial products, translate complex financial logic into smart contracts, and collaborate meaningfully with both engineering and finance teams.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts for financial instruments including tokenized assets, payment rails, stablecoins, and on-chain settlement logic.
- Build backend APIs and services that bridge on-chain data with off-chain financial systems.
- Build and maintain integrations with DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, and blockchain networks (Ethereum and others).
- Translate financial logic — including yield mechanisms, fee structures, collateralization, and reconciliation flows — into smart contract and backend code.
- Conduct smart contract audits, security reviews, and gas optimization to ensure production-grade reliability.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure on-chain transaction flows align with accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Support tokenization initiatives and digital payment products.
- Monitor on-chain activity and emerging Web3 financial primitives to inform product direction.
- Be proactive and take initiative to propose and resolve technical and financial engineering issues.
- Follow best practices to build scalable, secure, and reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Participate and contribute effectively to sprints, Git, and other necessary project requirements.
Requirements:
- Git expert.
- Solidity expert — proficient in smart contract development on EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Chain, Base, or similar).
- Javascript expert (3+ years) — Node.js, NestJS, or related.
- Expert builder and maintainer of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Solid understanding of DeFi protocols and financial primitives — AMMs, lending protocols, stablecoins, yield strategies, and tokenized assets.
- Familiarity with tokenization standards: ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-3643 (T-REX), or similar.
- Working knowledge of financial concepts: P&L, reconciliation, treasury management, and on-chain accounting — enough to have a productive conversation with a CFO.
- More than 3 years experience in Web3 (DApps, Smart Contracts, DeFi, and other related projects).
- You care about the quality of systems and will pitch in to help debug and fix performance issues when the situation calls for it.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to stablecoin architecture or CBDC-adjacent products.
- Background in traditional finance (banking, fintech, capital markets) before transitioning to Web3.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks for digital assets in Southeast Asia.
