Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative Web Developer & Designer to build, design, and maintain engaging, user-friendly websites that align with our brand identity and business goals. This role requires both technical expertise in front-end and back-end development as well as a strong eye for design and user experience.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to create responsive and visually appealing websites, landing pages, and digital assets that perform well across devices and browsers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop modern, responsive websites from concept to deployment.
- Create clean, user-friendly interfaces and UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Bootstrap).
- Maintain and update existing websites, ensuring optimal performance, speed, and SEO.
- Work with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Shopify) to build and manage content.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams to translate branding and UX goals into web elements.
- Conduct website testing, bug fixes, and performance optimization.
- Implement on-page SEO best practices and integrate third-party tools (e.g., analytics, CRM, chat).
- Stay current with web development and design trends, tools, and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- 2+ years of experience in web development and design.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
- Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries like React, Vue.js, or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms.
- Familiar with web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools like Google Analytics or Search Console.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Figma for design collaboration.
