Job description for Web Project Manager (Remote) at Bettr Barista Pte Ltd
- Creating deadlines and action items for every project team member
- Leading regular project team meetings to review progress
- Addressing bottlenecks, adjusting the timeline and deliverables
- Working with team members individually to resolve any issues
- Hosts project recap meetings to gather team feedback
- Prepare comprehensive action plans, including budget, resources and timeframes
- Work with stakeholders to define the content needed, develop the copy and content guidelines to align across all departments
- Similarly, for visual requirements - you would be required to identify the gaps, develop guidelines and ensure production is on track
- Achieve a coherent look and feel throughout the website by adhering to brand guidelines
- Identify potential issues and lead efforts in identifying best practices and finding innovative solutions
- Manage communications with developer, project team and stakeholders to ensure business objectives are met and technical aspects are considered.
- Develop UAT plan and conduct & coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the site
- Gather all content and assets required (images/videos), and manage content population and launching of the new site
- Proven work experience as a Project Manager in a similar capacity
- Preferably at least 3-5 years of experience in project management, website development, content management and web design. Well versed in SEO, web analytics would be a plus.
- Ability to see the big picture across all business units
- Technical knowledge in web design, development and programming languages would be advantageous
