As a Web Programmer at DataOn, you will play a key role in delivering and supporting innovative HRIS solutions.
This role will be aligned as either an Implementation Consultant or Software Maintenance, depending on business needs and your strengths.
In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful system implementation, as well as provide ongoing support to maintain system performance and stability post-implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze client business requirements, translating them into effective system solutions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to deliver client-specific features and enhancements.
- Support clients during system implementation, ensuring smooth adoption, integration, and user understanding.
- Provide ongoing technical support post-implementation, including troubleshooting issues, resolving bugs, and performing root cause analysis.
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and complaints with ownership and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure system performance, stability, and continuous improvement of delivered solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Junior Level : 0–1 year of experience in a technical role.
- Middle Level : Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in implementation, consulting, or system support.
- Understanding of JavaScript, JSON, and API concepts.
- Experience with databases such as MariaDB, MySQL, or MSSQL, including basic to intermediate query execution.
- Exposure to or experience with Golang or React.js is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to SunFishHR.
- Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong learning mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and in client-facing environments.
