About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Wealth Solutions Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Wealth Solutions Consultants.
This leadership role is ideal for candidates with proven experience in banking, wealth management, financial advisory, or sales team leadership. You will play a key role in driving team performance, developing talent, and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Wealth Solutions Consultants.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and development discussions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new consultants.
- Foster a high-performance and collaborative team culture.
Business Growth
- Drive team sales performance and achievement of business targets.
- Develop strategies to expand client acquisition and retention.
- Monitor pipeline activity and provide guidance on business development opportunities.
- Ensure consistent delivery of quality financial advisory services.
Client Advisory
- Provide guidance on complex wealth management cases.
- Support consultants in delivering holistic financial planning solutions.
- Build relationships with high-net-worth and affluent clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
What We're Looking For
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Minimum qualification of:
- Diploma from a Local Polytechnic or equivalent;OR
- GCE 'A' Levels; OR
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- CMFAS/HI/M9/M9A/RES5 Required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a desire to build a successful career
- Banking, wealth management, financial advisory, or insurance industry experience.
- Previous experience leading, coaching, or managing a sales/advisory team.
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of achieving business targets.
