About the Role
The Wealth Solutions Development Manager role is designed for experienced Financial Advisors and Banking Professionals who are ready to transition into leadership while continuing to grow their own advisory practice.
This is a hybrid role that combines client advisory, business development, and team-building responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing your own portfolio while mentoring and growing a team of future Wealth Solutions Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Wealth Management
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning and wealth reviews for clients.
- Advise clients on wealth accumulation, investment, retirement, and protection strategies.
- Build and manage a strong portfolio of affluent clients.
- Deliver holistic financial solutions tailored to clients' needs.
Leadership Development
- Mentor and coach junior consultants and advisors.
- Support onboarding and development of new team members.
- Share industry knowledge, best practices, and sales strategies.
- Assist in driving team performance and productivity.
Business Expansion
- Develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Support recruitment initiatives to build a high-performing advisory team.
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the organization.
- Partner with management to achieve team and business objectives.
What We're Looking For
Preferred Background
- Existing Financial Advisors, Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, Personal Bankers, or Priority Banking professionals.
- Minimum 2–3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
- Banking, wealth management, insurance, or financial advisory experience.
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
- Aspiration to grow into a full leadership role.
