Basic salary $3k/mth to $5k/mth depending on experience and last drawn PLUS UNCAPPED commissions & bonuses separately. Get up to 58% commissions (highest in market) selling the flagship products of the company. Earn a 5-figure monthly income in your first year if you do well.

Structured training and guidance are constantly provided from the start.

Multiple cold market platforms provided for you to bring in sales & excel in the role. No need for you to prospect your friends and family.

Assistance will be provided to help close first few cases to form the foundation & give a headstart into the career.

Opportunities to specialise in investments or offshore high net worth market or corporate insurance/group employee benefits after awhile.

Ample career progression opportunities to rise up the ranks to Senior and Executive, and lead a team/agency if you excel over time.

Work from home or in office. Flexibility of work schedule - you decide the days and time you want to work.

Experienced consultants are welcome to apply for senior title. Bankers with compliance records are welcome also.

Duties:

• Understand the financial goals of clients and offer wealth management solution such as investment, insurance & savings products to help them protect & grow their wealth
• Provide excellent customer service and advisory experience
• Relationship building with clients

Requirements:

• Diploma in a locally recognised polytechnic minimum or the equivalent of overseas
• No experience welcome
• RES5, M9, M9A, HI certified is a bonus
