Job description for WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR at Pt Aromatik International Indonesia
RESPONSIBILITY :
- Monitor and responsible for all day to day Warehouse Operation activities and optimize cost in line with group policy
- Monitor the KPI performance of 3PL for warehouse outbound activities
- Capacity Planning for picking and packing activities
- Warehouse reporting
- Follow up issues and solution to stakeholders
- Monitor daily activities for mailing room team
- Maintain the performance of invoice revision and submission
- To manage daily shipments to ensure service continuity, achieve customer service level and optimize costs in line with Group Policy
- Traffic Reporting
- Maintain transportation KPI's and dashboard (including costs, deliveries, transport companies, parcels/.pallets)
- Maximize loading efficiencies (truck fulfillment, on-time departure, ensure shipment integrity)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Has experience as Team Lead/Supervisor in related role min. 2 years.
- Understand how orders capacity defined to meet customer demand
- Good leadership, communication Skill and Knowledge in facility and maintenance aspects of a warehouse
- Persistent and be able to work well under pressure and Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques.
- Warehouse/Fulfillment experience in Beauty Industry is a plus.
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Logistic and Warehouse Software) & Familiar with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Self-starter, independent learner to find solutions, ambitious and highly motivated who can work in a very volatile, uncertain, and complex environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong organizational and time management skills.
