Job Description:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, handling high-volume order fulfillment (5,000+ orders per day).
• Manage end-to-end order processing across multiple channels including Marketplace, Webstore, and Instant/Same-day delivery.
• Ensure accurate, efficient picking and packing processes in line with quality standards.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), omnichannel platforms (BigCommerce / Upfos), handheld devices, and Excel for operational tracking and reporting.
• Plan and optimize manpower allocation, including shift scheduling, overtime control, and workload distribution.
• Lead and develop Picker/Packer teams while setting and monitoring daily productivity targets.
• Enforce SOP compliance and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all orders are processed and dispatched within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Maintain strong performance under pressure, especially during peak periods and campaign seasons.
