Gorgonzola Restaurant Jimbaran is looking for Waitress to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Present menus and explain menu items confidently, including specials and recommendations.
- Answer any guest questions about ingredients or food preparation.
- Take accurate orders, confirming allergy restrictions and guest preferences.
- Prepare drinks according to standard recipes and presentation.
- Serve food and beverages professionally, in the correct order and timing.
- Check back after serving to ensure guest satisfaction; upsell when appropriate.
- Present the bill when requested and handle payments correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- English fluency is a must – both spoken and basic written.
- Based in Bali is a must.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of standard F&B service sequences and etiquette.
- Team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
