As a Waiter / Waitress at Pink Hotels, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, taking their orders, and efficiently serving food and beverages. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy dining area, ensuring that all restaurant equipment is functioning properly, and assisting in setting up tables before and after each shift. Additionally, you will manage customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and courteous service to ensure customer satisfaction. Your ability to multitask and work well under pressure will be essential to the success of the position.
