Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Friendly personality with excellent customer service skills.
Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Able to join immediately is preferred.
