- Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
- Serving the food & drinks to the correct guests/tables, making recommendations if needed
- Ask for drinks replenishments before drinks in glasses are empty
- Check-in with guests to assure satisfaction with each course and beverage
- Clearing of tables when meals are completed
- Bidding guests goodbye and encourage guests for repeat business
- Re-setting tables to be ready for next guests
- Simple house keeping duties
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Superior
- Passionate about service and people
- Good team player and self-motivated
- At least GCE “O” level or its equivalent
- Previous experience in F&B/cafes/restaurant/hospitality will be a big plus
- Able and willing to work on weekends/public holidays
