Job description for Visual Merchandiser Specialist at RATU PERTIWI GROUP

Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan jurusan Desain Interior, DKV, Arsitektur, atau terkait)

Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2–5 tahun di bidang Visual Merchandising / Retail, dengan posisi terakhir minimal Supervisor

Memahami konsep visual merchandising seperti planogram, zoning, color blocking, dan focal point display

Memiliki kemampuan desain visual yang baik serta sense of aesthetics yang kuat

Menguasai software desain seperti Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), SketchUp, AutoCAD/CorelDraw

Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan manajemen tim yang baik

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi lintas departemen yang baik

Kreatif, inovatif, dan up-to-date dengan trend visual merchandising retail

Memiliki kemampuan analisa terhadap penjualan dan efektivitas display

Detail-oriented, mampu bekerja dengan target dan KPI

Bersedia mobile / visit ke beberapa store secara rutin

Memiliki pengalaman handle multi-store (nilai plus)
