Job description for Visual Content Designer at Fast8 Group
Fast8 Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital illustrations and graphic designs across various digital platforms, translating ideas into strong visual outputs that strengthen our brand identity.
What You’ll Do:
- Design digital illustrations and graphic assets, including posters, carousels, banners, flyers, and more, for social media, campaigns, and internal communications.
- Create compelling visual storytelling content that reinforces brand identity and engages audiences.
- Transform concepts, briefs, or ideas into clear and meaningful visuals, including illustrations for UI and digital projects.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful visual outputs.
- Ensure consistency and high-quality design across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on design and illustration trends, experimenting with fresh and innovative approaches.
- Revise and refine work efficiently while keeping creativity and quality top priority.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Illustration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or visual content creation (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in digital illustration and graphic design, able to support UI and digital design projects.
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Solid understanding of design principles: layout, typography, color, and composition.
- Experience creating content for digital platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Familiarity with basic UI tools and motion design skills (After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools) are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Note:
Portfolio is required, especially showcasing digital illustration, visual storytelling, or creative campaigns will be a strong advantage.
