Job description for Villa Operations Staff at PT Harevi Property Solutions
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Villa Operations Staff to support our villas located primarily in Bingin, with additional support across Gang Suri (Pecatu) and Nyang Nyang areas.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including making beds, replacing linens, cleaning bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning the kitchen, and emptying bins.
- Maintain outdoor areas, including basic cleaning and watering plants.
- Handle laundry tasks: washing, drying, folding, ironing linens, and organizing storage areas.
- Ensure the villa is always clean, well presented, and fully prepared for guest arrivals, including setting up beds, towels, and essential supplies.
- Assist with guest check-ins and provide friendly and helpful support.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently based in Bali, preferably in the Bingin area.
- Basic English communication skills are required.
- Prior experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
- Flexible and willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
