Job Title: Videographer & Video Editor
Overview
We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Videographer & Video Editor to join our team. This role is responsible for planning, filming, and producing engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will work closely with our marketing team, dentists, and management to create high-quality videos for social media, educational content, promotions, and internal use.
Key Responsibilities
Videography
Plan, shoot, and produce video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and educational materials.
Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production tools.
Capture high-quality footage during clinic activities, events, interviews, and scheduled shoots.
Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, and audio quality across all recordings.
Video Editing
Edit raw footage into compelling and polished videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
Add music, graphics, subtitles, animations, and visual effects when required.
Maintain brand consistency across all outputs (color tones, pacing, fonts, and visual identity).
Organize and archive video files for easy access and future reuse.
Creative & Content Development
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts and storyboards.
Produce videos that support brand storytelling, patient education, and promotional efforts.
Suggest new video ideas, filming techniques, and creative approaches to improve content quality.
Operations & Coordination
Manage shoot schedules and coordinate with dentists, staff, and patients (if applicable).
Ensure all video content complies with clinic guidelines and branding standards.
Handle equipment maintenance and inventory management.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Videographer and Video Editor (portfolio required).
Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Strong understanding of lighting, audio, composition, and storytelling principles.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Knowledge of social media video formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube) is a plus.
Experience in healthcare or corporate settings is an advantage (but not required).
Nice-to-Have Skills
Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
Photography skills for product or team shots.
Motion graphics experience (After Effects).
Ability to shoot and edit short-form viral content.
