Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality video content for company branding, marketing campaigns, social media, digital ads, and internal needs.
- Transform raw footage into engaging and visually appealing content aligned with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Handle end-to-end post-production processes including offline editing, online editing, color correction, audio balancing, motion graphics, subtitles, and final rendering.
- Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and content teams to develop compelling storytelling and impactful visual concepts.
- Create short-form and long-form video content optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Ensure all video outputs meet technical standards, deadlines, and campaign objectives.
- Manage and organize video assets, project files, and editing workflows efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media content styles, transitions, effects, and platform algorithms.
- Assist in video shooting preparation and production processes when needed, including setup of camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Provide creative input and innovative ideas to improve content quality and audience engagement.
- Revise edits based on feedback from stakeholders while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Ensure all published content reflects the company’s branding, tone, and visual identity.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, or related role.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of video editing techniques, motion graphics, color grading, audio editing, and visual storytelling.
- Creative mindset with strong sense of visual composition, pacing, transitions, and content aesthetics.
- Up to date with current video trends, social media content styles, and digital platform best practices.
- Familiar with handling content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Good understanding of videography fundamentals including camera angles, framing, lighting, and audio setup.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and performance-driven.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience working in agency, creative, media, or digital marketing industry is a plus.
- Having a portfolio/showreel of previous video projects is highly preferred.
