At Qiscus, we aim to build the best real-time communication (RTC) engine that enables conversations in any aplication. As an aspiring world-class technology company, we have helped businesses in Indonesia and 11 other countries to accelerate their business processes using our RTC technologies. We are currently focused on driving growth from new businesses and hence, we are searching for a Vice-President of Marketing who is able to craft strategic plans and execute our marketing efforts to increase product awareness while cultivating brand credibility. If you are a highly flexible and an adaptive out-of-the-box thinker with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, this role is for you!
What You Will Do
- Act as the organization's top marketing authority
- Maintain relationships with partners, media, and stakeholders through creative PR strategies
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
- Provide guidance and marketing strategies with clear focus on pipeline generation, budget optimization and integration into company’s objective
- Supervise marketing operations and allocate resources accordingly
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and evaluate performance reports
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communication channels
- Work closely with the Product Team, Business Development Team and Partnership Department to align sales and marketing strategies
What You Will Bring to the Role
- Understand B2B SaaS market and landscape
- Proven work experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, VP of Marketing or other similar senior or leadership roles
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Possess a deep understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistical methods
- Possess outstanding communication skills with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Working experience in using social media tools and data analytics or BI tools
