Job description for Verification Officer (Mandarin Speaker) at PT Oryx Services

Jobs Description :

Conduct employment reference check via phone and email communications with the previous employers of candidates.

Conduct database work to identify any potential matching records for candidates.

Connect with candidates to collect any required information to proceed with the employment screening tasks.

Connect with different authorities in Hong Kong/ SG to assist candidates to collect the required documents related to employment screening.

Engage in different ad hoc employment screening tasks assigned. Strictly follow Checklist.

Manage and analyze candidate databases to identify data matching, duplicates, inconsistencies, and anomalies using data analysis techniques.

Prepare analytical reports and generate data-driven insights.

Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and legal standards

Conduct background verification and compliance checks on candidates, clients, or vendors

Requirement :

Communication skills in Indonesian, English and Mandarin (both oral and written).

High attention to detail and accuracy

Able to work independently and enjoys doing so

The mentality to commit to high professional work standards.

Capable in handling general office work and data processing work, Multitasking. Min 6 months -1yrs of Experience in Data driven Role

Detail-oriented mindset. High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Open to fresh graduates, who are career driven
