Job Description
- Input and maintain vehicle rental expenses within operational data records.
- Prepare and update quotations in accordance with operational requirements.
- Manage vendor registration and onboarding processes for new vendors.
- Monitor and administer contracts for both ownfleet and subcontractor vendors.
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) for ownfleet operations, including contract extension and non-extension processes.
- Prepare transfer reference letters and conduct OR negotiations.
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any major.
- Familiarity with trucking operations and logistics processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple vendor accounts and tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Google/Microsoft Office Suite (especially Spreadsheet/Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Basic negotiation skills to assist in submitting invoices and payment
