Overall job objectives
Responsible for product strategy, design and implementation
Core responsibilities
· Define and implement product strategy to keep business innovative, relevant and improve customer experience
· Conduct product positioning and concept design through market and customer research, collaborative ideation and consolidated requests
· Manage agile product roadmap and features prioritization through business and customer research insights
· Engage stakeholders in leadership, research, data and support and coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment
· Coordinate go-to-market strategies when launching a new product or feature
· Perform other related duties as required
· Assist the product development team in all working matters
Job specifications
· Bachelor degree in relevant field
· Having Financial Planning domain knowledge will be a plus
· Relevant experience in FinTech company, especially in Financial Planning segment
· Understand FinTech Innovations in Asian Market
· Track record in designing skills
· Strong executional and problem-solving skills
· High energy, hands-on, detailed-oriented and organized
· High degree of self-initiative, proactive and self-driven to drive results
· Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently
· Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
· Timely and accuracy in delivering outputs
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
