Job description
As an UI/UX Design intern for Hashmicro, you will be responsible for understanding and structuring certain aspects of the interface of our company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, according to our client requirements. You will assist in bringing client concepts across a wide variety of industries to life in a logical, yet simple fashion, through the creation of screen mockups, ensuring that efficiency and end user ease of use is prioritized.

The ideal candidate should have strong critical thinking skills, be able to work independently, demonstrate an ability to visualize client requirements in a creative, yet logical fashion, along with a willingness to adapt and learn from ongoing experiences as the occasion calls for it.
The ideal candidate will be able to commit for a period of 6 months
Job Roles / Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Team in translating client requirements for multiple screens into mock-ups for client review
- Assist the Project team in designing user flows, understanding how various screens and features interact with each other, and providing feedback when necessary
- Ensure that the user experience is consistent, and friendly across the various screens
- Basic administrative duties and documentations as necessary
- Provide feedback on potential avenues for design improvement by keeping yourself up to date on the latest design trends
Requirements:
- Have a mindset focused on opportunities for growth and learning
- A strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team-environment
- Proficient in written & spoken English
