Shoesmart UI/UX Designer Qualification and Responsibilities
Job Description
Qualification:
- Male/Female
- Have a good knowledge of design principles, UI/UX principles, graphic fundamentals, typography, brand development, and digital industrial needs.
- Have a good skill in the website and mobile app design.
- Able to work both individually and with the team to create the best possible project results.
- Have a strong skill on Design Prototype tools such as Figma or Adobe XD and software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (other Ilustration Application).
- Always creative, determined, attention to detail, and able to work for deadlines.
- Having experience in user research.
- Having experience in usability testing and A/B Testing.
- Have a mindset in design and critical thinking.
- Have a portofolio or case study (will be presented on interview)
Responsibilities:
- Create a UI/UX design for the website and/or mobile app.
- Develop excellent design skill with team.
- Demonstrated experience designing usable mobile and/or web-based interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of fundamental usability and aesthetic principles to design the user interface to meet elicited requirements.
- Participate in building the strategy to increase the brand awareness through UI/UX design concept
- Research and update about trendiest UI/UX design standard
- Collaborate with team to accomplish collective goals according to the team briefing
- Do usability testing and A/B testing.
- Do user research
- Add design value to the IT team.
