Job description
Job Duties
· Lead the design, development and review of User flows and User’s journeys for a digital healthcare mobile apps. Able to apply behavioral science in designing User’s experience.
· Design and validate new experiences via mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, sketches, and other UX artifacts.
· Define features, write Product Requirements Documents, User stories, prototypes, and work closely with Business/User on releases.
· Work with software engineering team to create highly detailed design specifications.
· Revise and update designs and documentation through user testing and feedback.
· Lead / participate in user and market research to produce product analysis and constructive improvement practices
· Take ownership of the styles and interactions of your designs and asset preparation for development
· Proactively develop and maintain the design library and style guides for your work.
Qualifications
· 3-5 years of design experience, preferably expertise in UI and art direction.
· Portfolio showcases B2B and/or mobile application UI/UX design.
· Creative, articulative and understand behavioral science.
· Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, InVision, etc.
· Upbeat and positive attitude.
· Loves start-ups.
· Basic knowledge of front-end and/or back-end technology.
