PT OTA Indonesia (OTAZEN) adalah perusahaan manufaktur furnitur independen terkemuka yang berbasis di Klaten, Jawa Tengah, dengan pasar ekspor yang menjangkau 5 benua. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan bisnis global kami, kami sedang mencari seorang profesional yang teliti, jujur, dan berorientasi pada detail untuk bergabung bersama tim Finance kami sebagai Treasury.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Flow Management: Mengelola, memantau, dan melaporkan arus kas harian (cash inflow & outflow) untuk memastikan likuiditas perusahaan tetap terjaga.
Banking Activities: Menangani seluruh proses transaksi perbankan, kliring, transfer, rekonsiliasi bank, dan memastikan validitas seluruh dokumen pendukung transaksi.
Financial Reporting: Menyusun laporan keuangan mingguan dan bulanan terkait posisi kas, utang-piutang, serta realisasi anggaran (budgeting).
Cross-Divisional Coordination: Berkoordinasi aktif dengan tim internal (Accounting, Purchasing, Sales) serta pihak eksternal (pihak bank dan vendor) terkait penyelesaian kewajiban pembayaran.
Data Accuracy: Memastikan seluruh pencatatan transaksi kas masuk dan keluar terdokumentasi dengan akurat dan rapi ke dalam sistem keuangan perusahaan.

Job Requirements:

Pendidikan: Minimal S1 Akuntansi, Keuangan, Manajemen Perbankan, atau bidang terkait yang relevan.
Pengalaman: Minimal 1–2 tahun pengalaman kerja di bidang Treasury, Finance, atau Perbankan (pengalaman di industri manufaktur akan menjadi nilai tambah).

Keahlian Teknis:

Mahir dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, dll).
Familiar dengan pengoperasian Internet Banking korporat dan sistem ERP keuangan (pengalaman menggunakan Odoo menjadi nilai plus).
Kompetensi Inti: Memiliki integritas tinggi, teliti dengan angka, jujur, serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.

Lokasi & Penempatan: Bersedia untuk ditempatkan bekerja secara penuh waktu (full-time) di Klaten, Jawa Tengah.
