We're looking for a passionate Travel Consultant who enjoys helping people, has excellent communication skills, and can turn travel inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel, hospitality, tourism, customer service, or sales.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Must hold an official competency certification from BNSP (National Professional Certification Agency)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on weekends or public holidays based on operational schedules
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and meta.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable tour packages.
- Prepare quotations and customized travel itineraries.
- Follow up leads until booking confirmation.
- Input and manage bookings accurately in the booking system.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth tour execution.
- Provide accurate information regarding destinations, schedules, inclusions, and travel requirements.
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and customer requests professionally.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships before, during, and after the trip.
- Achieve individual sales and conversion targets.
