Job description for Traffic Planner and Controller at PT Serikat Hantar Ekspedisi
Description:
- Ensuring that all projects run effectively and efficiently, both using ownfleet and subcontract, including all administrative processes.
- Implementing service orders from the sales team, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of OMS operations data.
- Providing operational data for costing creation and changes.
- Providing SLA data for ownfleet and subcontract delivery.
- Checking and optimizing the use of ownfleet for each project.
- Monitoring deliveries and updating driver positions periodically, ensuring drivers always use driver apps at all times.
- Coordinating with internal and external (including vendor and customer field teams).
- Liaising with customer PIC for setting up standard documents for each project, escalation and verification purposes.
- Reconcile subcontract vendor invoices.
- Ensuring and scanning of SJ (physical copies) and perform SJ reconciliation.
- Evaluating operations monthly and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Able to work shifting.
- Placement : North Jakarta (PIK) or Bogor
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics/trucking industry, preferably middle mile.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder.
- Quick and responsive in reporting real-time to related departments and issuing a GPS Incident Report for further investigation.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data and metrics to inform decision-making and project planning.
- Have data processing skills (Google sheets/Ms Excel) at least intermediate level.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
