OBJECTIVES
- Implement trade marketing plan to support sales activities.
- Monitor the correct execution of trade marketing plan through various accounts.
- Increase sales volume, sales share, space share of The High End product through trade marketing execution.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1- Functional duties:
- Present ideas and information on ABI products to retailers and customers
- Sell in promotions and activations at retail accounts
- Align with Regional Trade Marketing and Regionals Sales Manager to ensure trade marketing plan support sustainable volume growth objectives
- Plan, coordinate and participate in promotional events tied to brand image.
- Execute brand promotions as necessary
- Build rapport and interact with consumers
- Present ideas and information on AB products to retailers and customers
- Utilize sales tools to identify sales opportunities at store level
- Communicate sales opportunities at store level.
- Report market activities and trends
- Leverage ABI social media platforms to drive brand awareness in market.
- Involves ongoing sales data analysis (trends, competitors, category, etc.)
- Manage spending as allocated
- Implement TMKT campaigns, including promotion, activation, POCM, sales brief, budget…
2- Others
- Conduct projects or tasks as and when assigned by Supervisor in a timely manner.

BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor Degree
Position Experiences: 2 years industry experience
Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese
Computer: Proficient in computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet)
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Comfort in engaging with consumers, retailers and wholesalers.
- Strong execution skill
- Effective communication, administration and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, and have leadership and planning skills
- Ability to report key metrics and sales data
- Demonstrates a hands-on attitude and an attention to detail
- Ownership
