Job Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through TikTok and social commerce channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, creators, and business partners
Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies
Present products and services to potential clients and negotiate business agreements
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related role
Strong understanding of TikTok, social commerce, and digital marketing trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify business opportunities and build long-term partnerships
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience working with e-commerce, live streaming, or creator partnerships is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or TikTok marketing campaigns
Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate programs
Knowledge of Southeast Asian e-commerce and social commerce markets
