Job description
1. Job Description:
- Support Customer Service Executive on customer service activities
- Support to ensure the customer inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner
- Support to handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service standard
- Coordinate with the sales team, other internal teams, suppliers to ensure the product quality and customers’ requirements are met
- Assist other team members and provide supports and report to Supervisor
2. Requirements:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates
- Proficient in ENGLISH, the addition of Chinese -Mandarin is an advantage
- Proactive and good follow-through skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attentive to details
- Well-organised, practical-minded and able to prioritize a busy and varied workload.
3. Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: 5,000,000 VND (Gross)
- Breakfast Allowance: 300,000 VND
- Free lunch is provided
- Healthcare insurance (PVI)
- Shuttle buses are provided from all districts in HCMC
