Job description for Thực Tập Sinh Corporate Social Marketing at L'oréal Vietnam
(Note: This is a paid full-time internship position)
What you will be doing:
SOCIAL LISTENING
- Coordinate with multiple brand teams to understand social media listening needs, and support in creation of social listening dashboards for performance monitoring.
- Initiate and create social performance reports, competitor activities watch, category social insights reports, social trends flags and so on.
- Constantly audit and maintain quality of data collection and visualization on social listening platform.
- Work with external vendor to enhance the quality of data collection, and keyword refining.
SOCIAL AFFILIATE MARKETING
- Support Social Manager to build online L’Oreal Social Affiliate Academy by producing training suites, guidelines, engagement activities and programs.
- Work with multiple brand teams to collect brand and product communications materials, be the main coordinator for the resource library in the Academy.
- Initiate program and engagement activities to incentivize the social sellers in the community, build advocacy with L’Oreal social commerce campaigns
