Job description for TESTER (Fresher được đào tạo) at Kootoro
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyse software requirements.
- Create test cases, test plans, and test reports.
- Prepare test data, and perform manual testing according to the test plan to ensure the product meets the requirement and quality.
- Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system
- Perform integrated testing and regression testing.
- Investigate defect reports from production support, isolate their causes, inform development teams for fixing and retesting to ensure adequate resolutions.
- Write User Acceptance Test cases and perform user acceptance tests.
- Write user manual (Guideline for using app).
- Training end users.
Job Requirement
- Good knowledge of Database/SQL.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans.
- Experience in writing well-designed and easy understandable test cases.
- Strong experience in performing manual tests: black box testing, integration testing, data verification, interface testing,...
- Experience in using database tools.
- Good at logical thinking, problem-solving.
- Able to manage multiple assigned tasks, strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and can work independently without constant supervision.
Good knowledge of the software development process, especially software testing process.
