Our client, a company operating in the oil and gas sector, is currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Tender & Bidding Engineer.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing the tender and bidding process, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and preparing comprehensive technical and commercial proposals. You will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather required information, support bid submissions, and monitor the overall bidding lifecycle.
The role also involves analyzing market opportunities, evaluating project risks, and supporting strategic initiatives related to business development. Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential for this position.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Associate Degree (Diploma) in Engineering or a related field
1–3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
Familiarity with tender and bidding processes
Basic understanding of project management principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
