Job description for Temp Admin_A Level Students at S B Tan Audit Pac

Position:

  • This position is temporary, from immediate till Jun/July 2026.
  • We are considering A level students who are waiting for admission to further studies and are able to commit till July 2026.
  • The candidate shall join our group of administrators to do the following:

- Data entry

- taking phone calls, include attending to enquires on accounting software. sales incentive for closing sales

- preparing documents relating to audit, accounting, secretarial & tax

- online submission to authorities (IRAS, ACRA, etc.)

- preparing quotation and invoicing

- arranging courier of documents to or from clients’ office

- many learning opportunities in our firm, based on feedback from past A level students

Requirements:

  • Minimum A level qualification
  • Good PC & software skills (mainly MS Word & Excel, OneDrive and Internet transactions)
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Keen to learn, meticulous, independent, as well as team player and be prompt in following up on assigned work
  • This position provides wide job exposure in enhancing your work experience

We provide services including accounting software (retail, support and training), auditing, accounting, insurance, GST returns, tax returns (corporate and personal), secretarial, incorporation and closing of companies. We have a group of about 10 qualified accountants servicing our clients.

S B Tan has more than 10 years of auditing & commercial accounting experience - mainly 6 years in Ernst & Young (managerial position) and KPMG, 3 years in PSA (managerial position) and more than 10 years in her own practice as a public accountant. Our other audit partner, Seet Lee, was in PwC for several years before joining our firm 10 years ago.

We ensure convenience to our clients, so we visit your office or arrange courier services where necessary. We provide quick advisory services to our clients without any charges.
