EcoGreen Movers is a fast-growing relocation and moving company based in the United Kingdom. We are building a high-performance team in Indonesia to support our sales and customer service operations. We are looking for a dedicated, professional, and results-driven Telesales Representative who can confidently pitch our services over the phone, drive business growth, and represent our brand to the UK market.
Working Schedule
- 10 hours per day
- 6 working days per week
- Must be available to work according to UK business hours and operational requirements
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods when required
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective clients and efficiently handle inbound inquiries.
- Persistently follow up on warm and cold leads via phone to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Deliver persuasive, clear, and confident sales pitches regarding our relocation services.
- Provide accurate verbal quotations and guide customers through their moving journey.
- Overcome objections on the spot and apply effective closing techniques over the phone.
- Achieve and exceed daily call volume metrics and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and real-time records of all calls, customer interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining exceptional telephone etiquette.
Essential Qualifications
- Age between 18-30 years.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in telesales, cold calling, or a voice-based BPO environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to communicate confidently with UK customers using natural, clear, and professional British/American English over the phone.
- Strong active listening skills and a highly persuasive telephone manner.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, handle call rejections gracefully, and maintain a high standard of work.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and professional work ethic.
- Mentally and physically fit to thrive in a demanding, target-heavy work environment.
- Highly committed, disciplined, and dependable.
- Willing to work full-time from our office in Malang, East Java.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment where speed, adaptability, and ownership are expected.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in relocation, logistics, removals, property services, or related industries.
- Extensive experience selling directly to UK, Australian, or international clients via phone.
- Proficiency in using dialers, CRM systems, and call-tracking tools.
Performance Expectations
- Consistently hit or exceed daily call targets (talk time and call volume).
- Maintain high conversion rates from initial phone contact to final booking.
- Meet and exceed individual revenue targets, contributing towards achieving annual sales goals of £12,000+.
- Act as a professional and energetic vocal representative of EcoGreen Movers at all times.
